HOW TO RETURN

 
If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.
 
You can see the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items.
 

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

 

  • You must manage the return before the established deadline:

    Online shopping: you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order.

    Shop at a physical store: you have 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.

 

  • You have to make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

 
Remember: in the details of your order, we will give you the deadline for making the returns.
 

RETURNS TO An Alanclemens STORE

You can return your items for free at any of our Alanclemens stores.
 
The in-store return option is available for both online and in-store purchases. Simply provide the items to be returned and your Alanclemens QR or purchase receipt.
 
 

DROP POINT RETURN

You can return your items by dropping off your package at a drop point.
 
The cost of the return request is 1.95 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.
 
If you have purchased as a registered user, you can request the return from the Returns section of your account.
 
If you have made a guest purchase, you can request it by accessing the link that appears in any of the emails we sent you about your order.
 
Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with instructions for shipping and as many labels as boxes you are going to send.
 
Please follow the instructions and drop off the return to the drop point of your choice of the carrier that we have indicated.
 
Bear in mind that this option is only available for online purchases.
 
It is not necessary to include a purchase receipt.
 
When making a return request, if your order contains a large HOME item, we will ask you to contact us for a home return.
 
Remember: you have to send the items you wish to return before the return period expires.
